When your family is facing an unexpected or difficult situation, it can be overwhelming. At MMK, we provide Crisis Consult Services designed to help you navigate both legal matters and related practical concerns.

Megan M. Kelly brings personal and professional experience to help guide you through stressful times. Depending on your needs, our services may include:


• Assistance with legal issues that arise in an urgent situation,

• Coordination with healthcare providers, facilities, or other professionals,

• Guidance on practical next steps and resources.

We recognize that urgent situations do not always arise during regular business hours or in traditional settings. For that reason, appointments may be arranged at our office, in your home, at a facility, or at a hospital within the Southwest Florida region, subject to availability.

Fees & Arrangements

Fees vary depending on the nature and urgency of the services provided. Advance retainer arrangements are available. In urgent situations where immediate assistance is needed, the basis of the fee will be communicated at the outset, and written confirmation of services and fees will be provided as soon as reasonably possible afterward.

These services are not legal representation, are not protected by attorney-client privilege, and are not subject to the Rules of Professional Conduct. You will be informed in writing which services are legal in nature and which are not, so you can make fully informed decisions.
